A whole-home repipe replaces the water distribution system with modern piping, sized correctly and routed for serviceability. Done properly it resolves the recurring leaks, the pressure imbalance between fixtures, and the discolored water that comes from corroding pipe walls, all at once.
We scope the work honestly, which walls and ceilings need to be opened, what the access path looks like, how long you will be without water, and, importantly, what is not included. We do not do cosmetic repair of drywall, paint, or tile, and we say so before the job rather than at the end of it.

How do I know if I have polybutylene pipe?
It is typically gray, occasionally blue or black, flexible, and usually stamped "PB2110." It was common in homes built roughly between the late 1970s and mid-1990s. If you see it, plan for replacement, it fails from the inside out with little warning.
How long does a whole-home repipe take?
For most homes it is a matter of days rather than weeks, depending on size: number of bathrooms, and access. Water is typically restored at the end of each working day.
Do you patch the drywall afterward?
No. Our scope covers the plumbing and the access openings required to complete it. Drywall, paint, tile, and finish carpentry are handled by others, we will tell you the extent of the openings so you can plan for that work.
Can you repipe just part of the house?
Sometimes, when the failing material is isolated to one area. But if polybutylene or corroded galvanized runs throughout, a partial repipe just moves the next leak somewhere else.
