Water heaters
Hot water to the MAX.
When a water heater stops producing hot water, the fastest answer is not always the right one. We diagnose the actual failure, thermostat, heating element, gas valve, igniter, thermocouple, sediment, venting, or the tank itself, and tell you plainly whether a repair makes financial sense or whether you are about to put good money into a unit near the end of its life.
We service traditional gas and electric tank heaters, tankless systems, and hybrid heat-pump units. Every diagnosis comes with a written, upfront price for the repair before any work begins, and the repair itself carries our 1-year warranty on labor and the materials we supply.
If replacement is the better call, we will say so and show you why, expected remaining life, cost of the repair against the cost of a new unit, and what changed in efficiency or capacity since yours was installed. No pressure, no scare tactics.

Water Heater Repair FAQs
Straight answers to what people ask us most about this service.
Why do I run out of hot water so quickly?
Most often it is an undersized heater for the household, sediment buildup stealing tank capacity, a failed lower heating element on an electric unit, or a dip tube problem. On tankless systems it is usually scaling or a flow-rate limit. We test to find which it is rather than assuming.
Is a leaking water heater always a replacement?
Not always. A leak at a fitting, the relief valve, or a supply connection is frequently repairable. A leak from the tank body itself is not, once the inner tank corrodes through, replacement is the only fix.
How long should a water heater last?
Tank units typically last 8 to 12 years depending on water quality, maintenance, and how they were installed. Tankless systems commonly last longer when they are flushed and descaled on schedule.
Do you work on tankless water heaters?
Yes. We are Rinnai trained and service tankless systems for error codes, ignition and combustion faults, flow issues, and scale-related performance loss.
Why does my water heater pop or rumble?
Sediment on the tank floor traps steam, which pops as it escapes. That noise often pairs with shorter showers. A flush can help. If the tank is old or leaking, replacement is the longer-term value.
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
Repair if the tank is young and the failure is a part. Replace if the tank body leaks, the unit is past expected life, or you keep paying for the same repair. We price both before you choose.
