A documented look at your whole plumbing system
During the annual visit we record the details that matter when something goes wrong, and give you a copy.
Main water shutoff
Location documented and operation verified. In an emergency, knowing where it is and that it works is worth more than anything else on this list.
Water pressure & pressure drop
Static pressure and drop under flow, the numbers that reveal a failing PRV or a restricted service line.
Water heater type & age
Recorded so you can plan a replacement rather than react to a failure at the worst possible moment.
Water quality test
Chlorine, hardness, TDS, pH, and iron measured, and whether the supply is well or city.
Accessible plumbing check
Visible supply lines, valves, fixtures, and connections inspected for developing problems.
Minor repairs on the spot
Small fixes handled during the visit rather than scheduled as a separate call.
