Lewisville plumber for wells and city water alike

Lewisville is straight up Lewisville Clemmons Road from our shop, so response times stay tight. The plumbing story here splits hard: town-center homes on municipal water versus larger lots out west and north that run private wells.

Closer in toward Shallowford Road and the town center, most homes are on municipal water and the work looks like typical Forsyth County service, water heater replacement, fixture work, drain cleaning, and pressure-reducing valves. Move out toward the larger lots on the western and northern edges of town and private wells become common, which brings an entirely different set of calls, pressure tanks that have gone waterlogged, pressure switches burning out, and water-quality issues that municipal customers never deal with.

That well-versus-city split is why we do not sell water treatment from a script here. A softener that is exactly right for a well property on the outskirts is often unnecessary for a home on Shallowford. We test first, at no charge, and design around what the water actually shows.
